Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

All orders can take up 48 hours to process before being shipped out. 

  • Shipping Prices (Domestic only) are calculated at the Checkout Screen

  • We primarily use USPS and UPS shipping services. 

We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.

 

Lost Or Stolen Package Policy

Cozy Temptation does not hold responsibility nor is liable for lost/stolen packages.

 

If your order is lost or stolen a UPS or USPS claim will be filed on your behalf by us. After the Claim is filed and completed by UPS or USPS, the conclusion of the investigation will determine whether a Full Refund will be given. The Customer must wait for the claim to be finished before any refunds are processed.

Return Policy

Cozy Temptation values your satisfaction!

No refund - Exchange Only: We have a 5-day exchange only policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

A valid RA # (Return Authorization #) is required for items to be exchanged. It is the customers responsibility to return all authorized items within 7 days of the RA issue date.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet  any of the above. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@cozytemptation.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department.

Exchanges are processed within two weeks upon receipt 

  • If the exchange is not available at the time store credit will be issued in replacement for the full value of the product (minus shipping).   

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

Due to hygiene reasons certain types of items cannot be returned and exchanged. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon opening and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
